Information You Provide

If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can respond to your inquiry. This information is stored securely and used only to communicate with you about your request — it's never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you make a purchase through the Shop page, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your email address and order details to fulfill the order; your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our end.

Equipment Rentals

Equipment rentals are booked through ShareGrid, a separate platform. Any information you provide to book a rental is collected and handled under ShareGrid's own privacy policy, not this one.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — things like which pages are viewed and general traffic patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device, and browsing behavior on this site. This data is aggregated and not used to personally identify you. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies

Aside from analytics cookies described above, this site doesn't use cookies for advertising or tracking you across other websites.

How Your Information Is Stored

Contact form submissions and order records are stored using Google Firebase and Stripe, both of which maintain their own security and compliance standards. We take reasonable steps to protect your information but can't guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

Your Choices

You can ask us to delete any contact form submission or personal information we hold about you at any time by reaching out through the contact page.

Children's Privacy

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
